"Dr Crawford is so genuinely kind, thoughtful and so good at what he does. All 4 of my kids have thrown many different mouth/teeth challenges at him over the years and he has made each one of them smile big with beautiful results. Our last one in braces threw some curve balls at him. This took coordination with our regular dentist and maxillofacial surgeon to collaborate the best treatment. Not only did he do this seamlessly he followed up with us to make sure we were sticking to the timeline. Now a-days it is rare to find professionals that actually care enough to follow up.As you know any dentist or doctor is only as good as his staff. Stephanie, Tammie, Michelle are the bones of Crawford Orthodontics. Along with Dr Crawford they too saw us through our treatments. They are not only helpful, calming & caring but professional and so very accommodating. They are a well oiled machine when it comes to wait times. From the start of my inquiry I was met with friendly helpful responses from every team member we spoke with. I didn’t feel forced or rushed into making a decision. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable.Ashley greeted us during our initial appointment and truly set the tone for the entire visit. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain the process and what we could expect, which helped ease both my son’s nerves and my own as a parent. When it came time for the braces to be applied, Christine was absolutely amazing. My son immediately took a liking to her. She was patient, gentle, and explained everything she was doing in a way that made him feel comfortable and involved. "I have seen Dr. Crawford since I was a teenager and had braces for the first time. I had them removed at 16 and I am now 25 and needing them again (to no fault of Dr. Crawford at all!) I am needing jaw surgery in the future and he is helping to align my teeth to get prepared! I scheduled a consultation for today where we went over what the treatment plan will look like and estimated cost which is very reasonable and I love the option for affordable payment plans! I left today with braces and I am so excited to start the journey towards a better aligned bite and a more confident smile! :)"

"I don’t think there is anything I can complain about. Signed up online to book a consultation for my daughter to get a 2nd opinion for braces. Not having the hassle of having to play phone tag to finalize the appointment was awesome. Made it to the appt, the consultation was straight forward, left with a treatment plan & with Christmas braces for my daughter the same day. They have flexible payment options- one I could afford. Follow up communication has been solid. Looking forward to working with them the next 2 years."

"The team at Crawford are top notch. Both of my girls needed braces and we had visited 3 other well-known establishments in the CSRA and eventually decided to move forward with Crawford. Crawford was comparable in total treatment cost to the other options but by far the cheapest start up payment requirement. They are quick and pleasant to work with. "My first appointment with Crawford was splendid! Literally the quickest process I’ve gone through getting braces on, which was under an hour. I’ve had braces before. Wear your retainers lol. Lastly, my favorite part was how Dr. Crawford checked the placement of brackets before they were sealed. That let me know that he’s serious about my smile goals, and that his workers trust his knowledge, without feeling undermined. It was seen as a security blanket for me, as a patient, who’s had a bad experience with my previous ortho. I know without a doubt that I’ll love my smile this time around."

What I love the most that's very different from the last place I attended, they tell you what they're doing and what's going on. I'm a very curious person when it comes to my health and dental care. So, to not have to ask and for them to tell me, hey were putting on a stronger wire at the top and the reason we aren't changing the bottom wire yet was a plus. "Easily 5 stars and more! I am 65 and have had a very major cross bite for the past 40+ years. My daughters wanted a better smile for me as there was an upcoming wedding of one of them -- they offered to pay for braces for me. Dr. Crawford was very careful to outline all of the possible negative outcomes and his concerns before proceeding. And only when I fully understood that there was no guarantee for success in my particular case, considering that I did not have all of my upper teeth remaining to anchor the braces solidly, did he agree to try to work a miracle. Since we live overseas, Clear Correct was the only possible solution. We were gone for 13 months between May 2018 and June 2019 and Dr. Crawford followed my progress through Internet communication. The teeth moved a very long way and now I have a smile I thought I would never have this side of eternity. I no longer feel embarrassed about it and my daughters are very happy also. "My Daughter had her 2nd appointment today and she gets her braces in 2 weeks. We all love the atmosphere and the staff are amazing. They are very informative and even let me watch the spacers being placed in up close and personal. What was cool to her was that brush station and the fact that before we left today they were all calling her by her nickname. "The experience with Dr. Crawford and his staff has been nothing short of exceptional. Our daughter now has a wonderful smile, and what is most important, no horror stories about braces. Sure they hurt some. They are going to hurt, you can't get past that. But, what didn't hurt was the price, or the service.When we visited that office we were seen promptly. We never had to wait over 5 minutes for an appointment. The Dr. and the staff were pleasant, right down to business, and got finished.What I liked most is after every appointment, Dr. Crawford explained what was going on and what he expected by the next visit, first to our daughter, and then to me. He also made sure I understood what he was describing and addressed any questions I had.When something broke on her braces, she was always seen promptly. We live over 50 miles away.
