Tammie Hoyt
Office Manager
Tammie has been with Crawford Orthodontics for over 10 years. She enjoys helping our patients set up their financial arrangements, to help them achieve their most confident and beautiful smile.
In her free time, Tammie enjoys decorating, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has four children and three precious grandchildren.
Deborah Talucci
Lead Assistant
Deborah graduated from Camden County College in 1988 and contributes at Crawford Orthodontics as a dental assistant. Deborah moved to the area from New Jersey in 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in dental assisting. She loves working with our patients, especially the children and brings skill, experience, and patience to her work.
Deborah married her soul mate, Tony, in June 2015. She loves spending time with her family, including her children, Miranda, Matthew, and her granddaughter Kassidy, enjoys traveling, and cheering on her E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!
Cheslie Clark
Orthodontic Assisitant
Cheslie joined our team in March 2016. She graduated from dental assisting school in December 2015, and is OSHA and x-ray certified. She provides a fun environment for our patients and works hard to help them feel comfortable while they receive their treatment. Cheslie’s favorite part of our practice is the relationships she builds with our patients, and helping to create beautiful, new smiles.
Cheslie is married to Brandon and they have a daughter named Kinsley. When not at our office, she enjoys spending time at the lake and the beach, crafting, watching Clemson football, and spending time with her family.
Michelle Baynham
Orthodontic Assistant
Michelle joined our team in November 2017. She has been in the dental field since 2006. She loves interacting with the patients and is very passionate about her work.
Michelle has been married to her husband Barry since 1998. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach, watching the South Carolina Gamecocks play and hanging out with her husband and friends.
Kristen Ballinger
Insurance Coordinator
Kristen is an Augusta native who joined our team in January 2018. She graduated with honors from Augusta Technical College with a degree in dental assisting in 2013. She enjoys assisting families and patients with their financial needs to help them achieve their beautiful smiles.
Kristen married her husband, Matt, in 2016 and lives with her two dogs, Ahri and Ember. In her spare time Kristen enjoys traveling, playing with her dogs, visiting with family and friends.
Ashley Gilreath
Treatment Coordinator
Ashley joined our team in May 2018 as a Treatment Coordinator. Ashley graduated with honors in 2014 from Augusta Technical College and over 8 years experience in the Orthodontic field. She is very passionate about her job, loves interacting with the patients and making the experience fun.
Ashley married her best friend Kenny in 2011 and they have 2 boys named Laiden and Logan. When not at the office she enjoys all things chocolate, spending time at the lake, watching college football (GO DAWGS), kayaking, working out, and spending time with her family.
Stephanie Snook
Scheduling Coordinator
Stephanie has worked in orthodontics for over 20 years. Aside from a short time away from GA, she has been with Crawford Orthodontics since 2013. She loves working with and establishing relationships with our patients.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, their girls, grandkids, and fur baby. She also enjoys trips to the beach, mountains, and traveling to new places.
Kayla Gilmer
Orthodontic Assistant
Kayla joined our team in December 2019 after graduating from Augusta Technical College. She is passionate about our patients, making sure they always feel comfortable and have fun. Her favorite part about working in orthodontics is seeing the patient smile the day they have their braces removed.
Kayla and her fiancé Jared are tying the knot in October 2021 after being together for 5 ½ years. She is a dog mom of four, Roscoe, Drax, Jade, and Drake, and loves taking them on walks or to the lake. She spends her free time watching Netflix, expanding her culinary skills, and planning her upcoming wedding.
